PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

ONLINE ORDER

• Once you have selected a product that you wish to order via www.kixofficial.com, you will then be shown (on the website) the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges.
• We shall not be obliged to supply the product to you until we have accepted your order. An order shall be formed and we shall be legally bound to supply the product to you when we accept your order. Acceptance shall take place when we expressly accept your order by email to you, in the form of an email document called “Order Confirmation” stating that we are accepting your order.
• Until the time when we accept your order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your order and you reserve the right to cancel your order.

PAYMENT 

Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, Visa and master card. The customer shall pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your card details, which we require in order to process your order.

If your payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted and you are advised to contact your card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card in order to continue with the order.

CANCELLATION

We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason or any other reasons which caused an order not able to be fulfilled. We will notify you if this is the case. All cancellation of orders made by us will be refunded in the same form that the payment was made.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned to KIX Official in the original condition (the product must not be opened, torn up, or used) within 7 days after receiving the shipment. Money refund or replacement can be made.

• Please ship the product back within 7 days after receiving the shipment.
• The customer is responsible for shipping fee unless the mistake comes from KIX Official such as incorrect shipment. In such case, we will responsible for all the shipping fee and will resend you the correct order.
• Products must be in the original condition as when you receive. Therefore, please pack and ship them carefully to make sure that the products are undamaged.
• If the customer wishes to return the products, please contact [email protected]. When we receive your request, we will contact you via the email given for further process.

The following products are not eligible to return:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Order are not shipped or delivered on weekend or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of high orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Price are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter. For international orders, customer will receive order anywhere from 5-10 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment. Count from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up two business days to process your order in our warehouse.
